Justin has this little side job screening movies in parks for the city of chicago. Tonight I went to watch the pursuit of happyness waayyy out there. Ya know the parts of town where us scared white folk don't usually venture. Don't get me wrong, there are MANY many many reasons, regardless of race, for anyone to be scared to check these places out, they are pretty rough neighborhoods. But goddamnit, seeing about 50 little black kids chasing eachother, dancing and playing was moving as hell. I know that sounds lame, but these kids have NOTHING, they are poor, and have one of the worst public school systems in the nation. They are constantly surrounded by drugs and gang bullshit. Seeing them have fun despite all the shitty things that surround them, made me feel real happy inside.
anyway, tonight was perfect. this summer is perfect. hot nights, fireflies, good friends and a solid dude.
i love chicago.

i cant wait to get out of the fucking south loop.
everyones moving out and we are all saying our goodbyes.
summa summa summa timee. I'm flying out to washington the 25th, i think. Going to sasquatch. Then hopefully Nicole and Christie will drive back to chicago with me. It's going to be so awesome having a car out here. The road trip is going to be a real scenic one. I cant wait to drive through montana and wyoming and see some goddamn nature. I hear nebraska is a reall bitch though. We might stop there and meet up with Justin who is also driving back. Speaking of that lil devil, I'm sorry to be so gidddy, it's just this guy is FUCKING amazing. So many things going for him, its ridiculous. Hes graduating this week, so he is going to be like figuring out what he is going to do with his LIFE. Kind of crazy. ANYWAY. I'm going to be working at Argo tea full time. GUESS WHAT GUYS, i was a tearrific teamember (its argo's corny take on employee of the month) anyway, they gave me a 50 dollar gift certificate and I bought a 105 dollar teapot. IT IS THE BEST TEAPOT IN THE WORLD. i dont kid. I only paid 40 dollars for it. At argo, owning a Mono is something we dream of, and I got it bitches. Totally changed my life. but anyway... My brother is flying out here for lollapalooza, which is going to be a fucking blast. Cant wait, for all this shit to start happening.

so I dont think I will be going to lances next weekend.
I'm leaving in 7 days and I wont be seeing jack for a LONG time. A hundred and something days. Man shit gets so real sometimes. It'll be tough, but we can do it, we already have. I want to go somewhere tropical. Maybe I can save up enough money to go to mexico. Drinking margaritas on a beach sounds reall nice.
I can't wait to get a job. I know people say that when they havent worked in awhile because they feel lazy or something. I just cant wait to have the extra money. There are so many things I think I need (clothes, new makeup, other shiot) and I'm ready to work hard for em.
I love my dogs. My mom is going to make ghostface have sex with her friend's pomeranian so they have cute ass babies. I get to keep one, and I get to take it to chicago. goddammit, I cant wait.
goddamn winter, Ive gained so much weight, time to maybe start working that off.

Child sexually assaulted at suburban Wal-Mart
Surveillance photo of suspect released
December 14, 2006 - Police are asking for help in identifying a suspect in the sexual abuse of an 8-year-old boy at a Wal-Mart in north suburban Mount Prospect last Saturday.
At about 5:20 p.m. on Dec. 9, the offender is seen on store surveillance video "stalking" the boy in the video game aisle of the Wal-Mart at 930 Mount Prospect Plaza, according to a release from Mount Prospect police. After a short period of time, the offender leads the boy to another part of the store and sexually abuses him.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 35, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-11 with short brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a dark colored jacket, tan polo style shirt, dark pants and black shoes with white markings, according to the release.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police Investigations Section at (847) 870-5654.
